Curriculum

We use ABC Jesus Loves Me for our biblical curriculum and Get Set for School for our academic curriculum. Together, these resources support the whole child—spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically.
We believe every child is uniquely created by God. Through love, encouragement, and developmentally appropriate experiences, children discover joy and satisfaction in both their work and their play. Our goal is to nurture confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in a warm, faith-filled environment.

ABC Jesus Loves Me

Our curriculum is designed to gently plant biblical principles and Christian values in each child’s heart. The Bible stories are presented in chronological order—from Creation through the life of Paul—helping children understand God’s story as it unfolds.
Each story is explored over the course of a week, giving children time to absorb, wonder, and connect. Alongside the weekly story, children learn a corresponding Bible verse and a Bible song that reinforce the theme and help Scripture come alive through music and repetition.

Get Set For School

This curriculum integrates play-based learning, music, hands-on materials, and active participation to help develop a child’s physical, social- emotional, language, and math skills. This curriculum also helps a nursery school aged child become prepared for Kindergarten. There are 3 main learning areas to the curriculum; Readiness and Writing, Language and Literacy, and Numbers and Math.

Readiness and Writing: This area uses music, movement, and multi-sensory manipulatives to teach crayon grip, letter and number recognition, number and capital letter formation, and body awareness.

Language and Literacy: This area uses dramatic play, singing, fingerplays, manipulatives, and movement to teach rhyming, syllables, sounds, and compound words. This area also focuses on teaching the children how to use a book, the parts of a book, and to expose them to a variety of literature.

Numbers and Math: This area uses manipulatives, music, and rhymes to teach counting, comparisons, spatial awareness, sorting, patterning, sequencing, matching, problem solving, and basic geometry skills.
